Hello there, I’m Coach Paula!
My career in guidance began at TWL Training Ltd, where I coordinated training programmes and supported learner development. This role ignited my passion for coaching and mentoring, leading to over a decade as an employability mentor and trainer before transitioning into career coaching.
In 2023, I founded Donnan Coaching Services to support individuals in building stronger, more fulfilling careers. Through personalised coaching, I help clients gain clarity, confidence, and balance as they work towards meaningful career goals.
Alongside running my business, I freelance as an Executive Coach for Executive Connexions and an Employability Advisor for GEMS NI, broadening the ways I support clients at different stages of their journeys.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Queen’s University Belfast, a Professional Certificate in Personnel Practice, and a Diploma in Managing Training and Development. I also hold an ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, reflecting my dedication to helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve meaningful, lasting growth, both personally and professionally.
